OPERATIONS MANAGER

Paige started her career with Airbus Americas, Inc., a leading global aerospace manufacturing company, playing a key role in rebooting and growing the Learning and Development Department for Airbus across the North America region after the covid-19 pandemic. In her role as Operations Manager for the Airbus Leadership University of North America, Paige worked closely with senior managers and team leaders across numerous business functions to meet development needs. She also created standard operating processes for daily activities within the L&D function that tripled in size of activity throughout her tenure.

A Fargo, ND native, Paige graduated from North Dakota State University with a BS in Spanish and a minor in Accounting where she took four months to study abroad and live in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Following graduation, Paige spent almost three years in the Washington, DC area where she received her MS in Business from the Catholic University of America. Her favorite activities involve friends, family, bonfires, stargazing, travelling, adventure, sport intramurals and reading.
