MANAGING DIRECTOR

Nick has over 10 years of relevant industry experience in credit underwriting and public accounting. Nick was most recently at RGA on the Private Debt & Equity team where he was a Managing Director and member of the Private Debt and Equity Investment Committee. Nick was responsible for originating, evaluating, and structuring direct lending (unitranche, second lien, mezzanine) and equity co-investment opportunities as well as fund investments.

Prior to RGA, Nick was with PricewaterhouseCoopers (“PwC”), a Big Four accounting and advisory firm. In this role, he was responsible for providing an array of services, including audit, transaction and business combination work, to public and private companies across a wide range of industries, including middle / lower middle market private equity portfolio companies, Fortune 500 retail and consumer businesses, public utilities, and private manufacturing businesses.

Nick received both a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (BSAcc) and a Master of Accountancy (MAcc) from the University of Missouri – Columbia. Nick is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
