VICE PRESIDENT

Bhabya has over eight years of relevant industry experience in credit underwriting as well as commercial and corporate banking.  Bhabya was most recently a Director at RGA on the Private Debt & Equity team where she was responsible for evaluating, structuring, diligence, execution, and management of direct lending (unitranche, second lien, mezzanine) and equity co-investment opportunities as well as fund investments.

Prior to RGA, Bhabya worked in the commercial and corporate banking industry in Mumbai, India wherein her role included originating and underwriting commercial loans and managing a portfolio of middle market companies across a broad range of industries. She specialized in corporate lending, trade and receivables finance, and structured loans.

Bhabya holds a Master of Finance from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and a Master of Business Administration from Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Statistics from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai.
